Invest, Connect, Secure—these three ideas form the bulwark around which Raisina Middle East 2026 is devised. The past few years have seen the dismantling of the old and the birth of the new; the post–Cold War era of universal multilateralism, anchored in institutions like the UN and the WTO, is losing credibility, globalisation is withering in the face of growing protectionism, and the post-war consensus that underpinned global stability is under review. Peace is under severe duress. Threats from non-state actors, challenges posed by runaway states, and disregard for international laws and systems has become rampant.

Instead of a crisis, the current challenges offer us an opportunity—to return to first principles and rethink how the world connects, cooperates, and grows. A new global map that reflects today’s realities must be drawn. This reimagined order necessitates connecting key actors and geographies with aligned visions of shared prosperity and rising aspirations. This is what Raisina Middle East 2026 seeks to achieve: a recalibration and renewal of priorities.

Shaped by the partnership between the UAE, a dynamic global hub of trade, technology, energy, and finance and India, a leading driver of global demand, growth, and innovation at scale, these conversations will bring in perspectives from around the world. It will benefit from the industrial and regulatory leadership of Europe as well as its Atlantic cousin, the United States. The Indo Pacific, the generator of growth in trade and innovation; Africa, the youngest continent and the one with the highest potential; and Latin America, rich in human and natural resources, will all have significant role and stakes at this rapidly transforming global high table.

Raisina Middle East 2026 seeks to be a hub that crowds in ideas, celebrates diversity of perspectives, and discovers common and complementary pathways to a future that we are all destined to share.
