28-29
Jan2026
This is an invite-only event.
Observer Research Foundation (ORF) is co-hosting the second iteration of Raisina Middle East in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE and the Ministry of External Affairs, India. This two-day-long international forum aims to establish a high-level conversation that will convene relevant stakeholders, including representatives from government, academia, media and the private sector.
This year’s edition seeks to recalibrate and renew priorities by focusing on three core ideas—Invest, Connect, and Secure—as the reimagined order necessitates connecting key actors and geographies around aligned visions of shared prosperity and rising aspirations.
Shaped by the partnership between the UAE, a dynamic global hub of trade, technology, energy, and finance and India, a leading driver of global demand, growth, and innovation at scale, these conversations will bring in perspectives from around the world. Raisina Middle East 2026 seeks to be a hub that crowds in ideas, celebrates diversity of perspectives, and discovers common and complementary pathways to a future that we are all destined to share. The discussions will be curated around four thematic pillars:
- Networked Deterrence: New Strategies for Collective Security
- Tides of Change: Hubs and Groupings for a New World Order
- Corridors of Consensus: Building Resilient Cooperation in a Fragmenting Global Order
- Frontiers of Growth: Technological Innovation and Energy Security for a Sustainable Future
