Kamyar Kayvanfar

Kamyar Kayvanfar is a native Persian and English speaking communications and public affairs professional with experience at EY and Kreab. At Kreab he has worked on EU financial regulations, sustainable finance, and advocacy, while also supporting projects at EY for the European Commission’s DG GROW.

His background includes monitoring political and economic developments, drafting executive briefs, and contributing to lobbying strategies at the EU level.

Kamyar’s academic research has centered on Middle Eastern affairs, including asymmetric warfare in the Syrian Civil War, as well as European lobbying and governance. He holds master’s degrees in European Public Affairs (Maastricht University) and European Studies (KU Leuven), and a bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations (University of Essex).
