Anulekha Nandi

Dr. Anulekha Nandi was a Fellow - Centre for Security, Strategy and Technology at ORF. Her primary area of research includes digital innovation management and governance focusing on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital infrastructures. Her work explores underlying conditions for policy and regulations, ecosystem management, and building blocks for innovation at scale.

She has previously worked across research, policy and practice in ICT for development and technology policy spanning issues such as data economy, content policy, data governance, accountability and transparency, and emerging technologies in socio-economic development among others.
